- A child uses the most words at home. We build therapy around the objects, the people and the routines that are already there.

- You stay in the room. You learn what the therapist does, so you can keep it going through the week, not only on the day.

- Klang Valley traffic costs a family hours each week. We carry that cost instead of you.

Straight answers
- When do you start seeing children?
- We are preparing the service now. We contact every family on this list first, before we open to the public.
- Which areas do you cover?
- Kuala Lumpur and Selangor at the start. We add other states later. Tell us your area, because the areas with the most families decide where we begin.
- What does a session cost?
- We publish our prices before we open. We do not ask you to commit to anything today.
- Who will see my child?
- A speech-language therapist registered with the Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council. Malaysian law requires this registration, and we verify it before a therapist sees any child.
- Do you treat adults?
- We start with children. Please still write to us if you need therapy for an adult, because your enquiry tells us what to add next.
